Taking a Break Before Expansion

I have been playing pretty hardcore for about a month and a half, and I think I need to take a break before the Cataclysm expansion comes out, or I will be too tired of the game to play.

My subscription expired on November 20th, and I am not going to renew it until a couple days before the expansion is released. I think this will give me about three weeks to recover from my playing too much. I don't know what it is about me, but I seem to go in cycles. I will set out a goal; ie to level up a character to a certain level or farm enough badges for a piece of gear and once I reach my goal I just don't feel like playing that much anymore.

Although this last play session I didn't start out with a goal in mind I just wanted to play after getting excited from reading all the information on Cataclysm. Then I logged onto my level characters and messed around with them did a few battlegrounds and some random dungeons. Then I decided to work on my druid who was probably about level 61 or 62. I really leveled him up quickly to about level 75.

Then I hit the wall and didn't feel like playing anymore. It just must be my personality, I am the same way with my work too. I will bust out a lot of work on some days and then others I can barely stay focused.

Resubbed

Just renewed my subscription after not playing for over a year and a half. I wanted to see how the game has changed/improved (hopefully). I mean it is still the reigning king of MMOs so it must be doing something right.

Now all I need to do is decide which character I really want to focus on. I have a level 80 Paladin, a level 76 Warlock, a level 71 Priest, a lvl 61 Deathknight, and a lvl 60 druid. I'll probably end up playing around with each one some before I decide. I know though that I don't really want to play my Paladin though. I played him a lot right before I quit and am pretty burned out on him. Plus the Paladin class just doesn't seem that fun to me anymore.
